Terpsi (“the app,” “we,” “us”) is a personal dance‑video library app. This policy explains what data the app handles and how. Our approach is privacy‑first: we collect as little as possible, we never sell your data, and we never use it to track you across other apps or services.
The dance clips, thumbnails, tags, and trims you create stay on your device and — if you turn on iCloud sync (part of Terpsi Pro) — in your own private iCloud account (Apple’s CloudKit private database). This content is yours. We, the developer, cannot see, access, or receive it, and it is never uploaded to any server we operate (we don’t run one).
To understand how the app is used and to fix crashes and performance problems, Terpsi collects a small amount of anonymous, aggregated data through TelemetryDeck and Apple’s MetricKit:
This data is not linked to your identity, is not used to track you across other companies’ apps or websites (so the app does not show an App Tracking Transparency prompt), and contains no video content, no personal information, and no precise location.
Terpsi Pro is a one‑time purchase processed by Apple. We never see your payment information; Apple handles the transaction and provides us only an anonymous entitlement status.
Anonymous analytics are retained only as long as needed for the purposes above. Because the data is not linked to you, we cannot identify or single out your records.
Terpsi is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Your library never leaves your control. If you have any privacy question or request, contact us at the address below and we’ll help.
We may update this policy from time to time; the “Last updated” date above will change accordingly.
